Prior to W Capital, Alison was an Associate in the convertible securities group at Piper Jaffray where she focused on originating and structuring private convertible note, preferred stock and derivative financings for small- and mid-cap public companies. Prior to Piper Jaffray, Alison helped establish the structured private financing business at Robertson Stephens, and in addition she specialized in late stage venture financings for high growth companies in the technology, consumer and healthcare sectors in the United States and Europe. Alison also worked in the Quantitative Strategy Group at Deutsche Bank Asset Management. Alison received an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. from Middlebury College.
