Prior to W Capital, Eugene was an Associate at MMC Capital, the investment arm of Marsh & McLennan Companies, a global leader in investment management, insurance, and consulting services. MMC Capital is a private equity firm with over $2 billion of committed capital. While at MMC, Eugene focused on enterprise software, information technology, and business services companies for investment opportunities and was directly involved in the deployment of approximately $100 million in 16 different companies. As an investment banker at Lehman Brothers, Eugene was involved in M&A and corporate finance transactions within the technology and industrial sectors. Eugene also worked in the Enterprise Systems Group at Hewlett-Packard in the areas of financial planning, product marketing, and strategic investments.

Eugene holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BSE in Civil Engineering from Princeton University.
