Steve is a founding partner of W Capital Partners. Steve brings 25 years of experience in investment banking and principal investments. Steve founded and managed a distressed debt investment fund and has particular expertise in corporate turnarounds, restructurings and recapitalizations.

Prior to the founding of W Capital in 2001, Steve held senior roles at CRT Capital Group and ran Paine Webber’s Asia investment banking division, founded Water Capital Management, a distressed investment firm, and was a tax structured finance specialist at First Chicago and Banc of America. Stephen holds a MM from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BS in Finance and Economics from Indiana University.
